Shipping

We ship worldwide.

All shipping options available to your address will be in the dropdown shipping menu at check out.

If your country does not appear, contact us here for a Shipping Estimate.

Orders are shipped from Manila, Philippines with costs based on destination and volumetric weight. We refund any excess shipping costs and use the most cost and time-efficient shipping option possible.

Lower shipping costs are prioritised, thus we package in a pouch when possible for a lower volumetric weight.
Should you wish for your item to be in a box instead, send us an email here so we can send you a custom shipping estimate.

*Larger items/packaging incur higher shipping costs due to its volume.

Transit Time

Orders are typically processed & shipped 1-3 business days after payment. Postal shipments are shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

  • International Postal Service
    • Approx. 7-15 business days
    • *Best for smaller items that fit in a 12” x 18” pouch.

We will send you a tracking number once your package leaves our studio. Once item is shipped, we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Some orders may experience customs delays and charges and unfortunately, we have no control over these.

Any applicable customs duties & taxes are assessed upon delivery, to be shouldered by recipient. We suggest to check with your local post to avoid unexpected charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Disclaimer: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and dimensions are commonplace and natural, and should not be a basis for return.

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or are not as described. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery, upon approval of return.

All sales on SALE items are final.
After 10 days all sales are final.

Items must be returned with the ff.:
  1. In unused & original condition
  2. Original tags
  3. Original packaging
  4. Invoice / Receipt

You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. We are not responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns.

Please send us an email at ancanstore@gmail.com, after which we will send a return confirmation. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return/refundto be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

Any information you provide is confidential and will only be used for order processing, marketing, and shipping. No details will be disclosed to any third-parties outside of our organization unless necessary and without your consent. Ancán operates under the company LaSala Trading.
